Wanted Indian held at the Kuwait International Airport

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 24: The immigration officers at the Kuwait International Airport have arrested an unidentified 30-year-old Indian who was wanted by law, reports Al- Shahed daily. The daily added, the suspect arrived from an unidentified GCC state. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities for legal action.

Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Salaam Police Station accusing four of his son’s friends of stealing a play station, smart phone and medicines, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to the complainant the theft occurred when the son hosted his friends in the family Diwaniya and when the son went to buy soft drinks and snacks. And, an unidentified Egyptian has filed a complaint with the Byan Police Station accusing ‘someone’ of stealing his cellphone when he was in a toilet behind the Bayan co-operative Society, reports Annahar daily. A case has been registered.
