In this image you can see Arab Times logo and the top story is pasted on top of Kuwait Times news paper, you can see Arab Times fonts used is different and Kuwait Times uses different fonts. ( Click here to view the Arab Times news paper published on 15th Mar 2017 ) You will know the difference

Now regarding lottery image which is pasted in the news, you can easily make out its is cut and paste done by someone who is very bad in English. We would only advice you to be beware of Scammers
