KUWAIT CITY, Feb 19: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has set the official working hours for receiving visitors and issuing civil ID cards during the holy month of Ramadan, as part of its commitment to providing efficient and organized services to citizens and residents, while taking into account the special nature of the holy month. It announced that Kuwaiti citizens will be received during the morning from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm, and non-Kuwaiti residents will be received in the afternoon from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
