Veterinarian held for killing, mummifying crocodiles

KUWAIT CITY, June 27: The Environmental Police have taken into custody an unidentified veterinarian for killing and mummifying crocodiles in violation of local and international laws, reports Al-Shahed daily.

Police investigations showed the veterinarian was working for an illegal crocodile breeder who is involved in illegal crocodile trade.
The daily added, the Environment Police surprised the veterinarian and the owner of a livestock pen and caught them red-handed.
