KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28: In an incident on Tuesday afternoon, the Al-Bidaa Center's fire brigade responded to an accident involving a vehicle that fell into the basement of a house under construction in the Rumaithiya area. One individual was trapped as a result, but firefighters successfully rescued and transported the person to the medical emergency department. Additionally, the fire brigade towed the vehicle and ensured the safety of the accident site.
