KUWAIT CITY, Oct 24: The Ministry of Interior took action on a vehicle driver who deliberately obstructed traffic in Salmiya area endangering life of himself and others. A video clip went viral on social media of a black car obstructing public transport. The car was impounded and a number of traffic violations were issued against the car driver which included negligence in driving, endangering lives and deliberate obstruction of traffic.
The Ministry of Interior has called on all motorists to abide by the traffic law for the safety of drivers and commuters. For emergency calls dial 112.
