WASHINGTON, Mar 13: The U.S. State Department  Diplomatic Security Service announced on Friday a $10 million reward for information on Iran’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, and other top Iranian officials.

The list also includes Iran’s Interior Minister and Minister of Intelligence and Security, according to the State Department’s “Rewards for Justice” program.

The program provides monetary incentives for intelligence that could lead to locating, prosecuting, or preventing acts of terrorism against the United States.

This move underscores ongoing U.S. efforts to track individuals deemed responsible for threats to national and international security.
