Upset Kuwaiti man threatens to kill nurse

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: The Jahra Hospital witnessed a strange incident when a citizen pulled out a knife which was hidden in his clothes and threatened to kill a nurse, reports Al-Anba daily.

Acting on information the Jahra police rushed to the spot and seized the Kuwaiti, who is believed to be in his 30s and referred him to the Naeem Police Station.

However, the police are awaiting a decision by the female nurse whether she wants to file a case against the man or not. It is believed the young man did not actually mean to cause harm to the nurse but that he was upset over the recent death of his father.

According to a security source, a few days back the young man was involved in an argument with the same nurse when he took his sick father to the hospital and at that time the security guards had intervened to calm down the man
