UK Highlights Continued Defence Cooperation with Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 13: The British Embassy Kuwait has reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s continued commitment to the security of Kuwait, despite the recent ceasefire in the region.

In a statement shared on social media, the embassy said its commitment to Kuwait’s security remains “steadfast,” highlighting ongoing defence cooperation between the two countries.

As part of continued engagement, Rapid Sentry personnel met with British Ambassador Qudsi Rasheed and Defence Attaché Neil Marriott.

The meeting underscored close defence coordination and regular military-to-military interaction between Kuwait and the United Kingdom, reflecting sustained bilateral security ties even amid regional de-escalation efforts.
