LONDON, Jul 13: Britain on Monday reiterated its advice against all travel to Iran, warning that British nationals and British-Iranian dual nationals face a significant risk of arrest, questioning or detention.

The UK Foreign Office said British citizens currently in Iran should carefully consider whether to remain in the country, citing the deteriorating security environment and the potential risks.

It added that the regional situation remains unpredictable despite the recent U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding, warning that military attacks could resume at short notice.

The updated travel advisory comes amid continued tensions in the region and follows a series of security alerts issued by several countries regarding travel to Iran.
