Two pharmacists charged for blocking MoCI employee’s job

KUWAIT CITY, April 22: An unidentified employee of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has filed a complaint with the police accusing two pharmacists of obstructing her work and insulting because she insisted on issuing a citation for not complying with the Ministry of Commerce regulations.

The daily added, the pharmacy was caught selling a medical product without a bar code and allegedly the product did not have official data. When the inspector insisted on applying the law, the men disagreed with her and insulted her, and refused to comply with the law and forced her out of the pharmacy.

After the pharmacists were summoned for interrogation charges were slapped against them which included insulting the employee and violating the Ministry law.
