KUWAIT CITY, Sept 3: Personnel from the General Department for Drugs Control (GDDC) said two Kuwaitis have been arrested — one of them believed to be a doctor and another a government employee — for attempting to smuggle narcotic substances (marijuana) into the country, reports Al-Anba daily. According to a security source, two air parcels arrived into the names of the two suspects and the air cargo men opened the parcels in line with the customs laws which give them ‘authority’ to open suspect parcels and found marijuana neatly concealed.
