Two Kuwaiti women win Outstanding Teacher and Outstanding Student awards at the Gulf level.

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 21: In a noteworthy accomplishment, Kuwaiti teacher Sanaa Al-Barrak, associated with Safiya Bint Thabet Primary School, has been honored with the Distinguished Teacher Award by the Hamdan Bin Rashid Foundation for Distinguished Gulf Educational Performance. Simultaneously, Jinan Al-Sharif, a student from Toledo Girls Secondary School, secured the Distinguished Student Award. The Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Adel Al-Adwani, extended his congratulations to both Teacher Al-Barrak and Student Al-Sharif on their well-deserved victories.

In an official press statement, Dr. Al-Adwani expressed his pride in the Kuwaiti achievement, highlighting that the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation acknowledged the Ministry of Education in Kuwait for excelling in the categories of Outstanding Teacher and Outstanding Student at the Gulf level. He emphasized that this educational triumph underscores the innovation and initiative demonstrated by the winners in establishing benchmarks for quality and excellence in the realms of science and literature.

Dr. Al-Adwani dedicated this remarkable victory to His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad, and the Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah. Furthermore, he called upon all students and teachers to continue contributing their utmost efforts and fostering innovation in the educational landscape.
