KUWAIT CITY, July 31: A Kuwaiti citizen accused a real estate company that organized an exhibition in Mishref area of cheating him of KD 12,000 after an agreement to purchase a piece of land in an unnamed company on his behalf. A case was registered against the company owner and measures have since been taken to invite him for questioning.Another Kuwaiti citizen accused an Egyptian expatriate of cheating and registered a complaint at the Maidan Hawalli police station against him.The citizen said he was cheated by the Egyptian expatriate after he was sold a piece of land at Sixth of October City and later discovered the land does not exist.Asian robbed: Police have arrested three persons and looking for the fourth as they are accused of assaulting an Asian expatriate and robbing him of KD 1,000 in his possession, reports Al-Anba daily.According to a security source, a police patrol on routine duty in Farwaniya area found the victim lying on the ground in a pathetic condition and bleeding profusely.He told the police that four individuals assaulted and robbed him.Police combed the area and managed to seize three of the attackers who were recognized by the victim before they were referred to the concerned authorities.Suspicious bag: Security authorities at the Kuwait International Airport were alerted about a suspicious bag found in the parking lot of the airport, reports Al-Shahed daily.No explosives were found and it was later discovered that a female employee of an airline company had dumped them because they contained expired food that was emanating bad odor.By Munaif NayefAl-Seyassah Staff
