KUWAIT CITY, Oct 14: Two men on a motorcycle cornered and hit a Kuwaiti lady in Sharq area and stole her handbag containing mobile phone, an unspecified sum, bank cards, and civil ID, says Al- Seyassah. Security sources said the Operations Room of Interior Ministry was notified about the incident and a team of securitymen and paramedics was dispatched to the scene.

The lady told security operatives she was walking behind a mall in the area when the suspects intercepted her and stole the handbag containing the aforementioned items after hitting her with the motorbike and leaving her wounded due to the collision. She was referred to Amiri Hospital for medical treatment. A case was registered for investigation.
