KUWAIT CITY, Oct 01: The Al-Ajiri Scientific Center has announced that Kuwait's skies will witness a meteor shower on October 8th and 9th this year, visible between sunset and midnight. Additionally, the center revealed that the Sayadiyat meteor shower, known for its rapid pace, will grace Kuwait's skies on October 21st and 22nd.

In further astronomical events, the October moon is set to make its appearance on the 14th day of the month. Furthermore, on the 23rd of October, the planet Venus will be observed at its greatest distance from the sun.

As we approach the end of October, skywatchers can anticipate the full moon, known as the Hunter's Moon, which will illuminate the night sky on the 28th of the month.

The world will also experience two significant celestial events this October. On the 4th and 14th, an annular solar eclipse will occur, although it will not be visible in Kuwait. Additionally, a lunar eclipse is scheduled for the 29th of the month, but it, too, will not be observable from Kuwait. (KUNA)
