KUWAIT CITY, Nov 21: A 1993-born Kuwaiti citizen was assaulted by his neighbor in Al-Salaam area because the noise from the TV was too loud.According to security sources, the youth, after lodging a complaint at the police station against his neighbor, explained to securitymen that he heard a loud knock on the door of his house and he opened it to find his neighbor who was fuming with anger.The latter hit him, wrapped his hands firmly around his neck, shouted that the TV is too loud and went back to his house.
