WASHINGTON, Mar 24: US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that Iran had made a significant energy-related concession to the United States, describing it as a “very big present” worth a substantial amount, without providing further details.

Speaking in the Oval Office, Trump suggested the development was linked to the Strait of Hormuz, which the United States has long sought to keep open. “It wasn’t nuclear, it was oil-and gas-related, and it was a very nice thing they did,” he said, calling the move a positive step.
