KUWAIT CITY, Feb 6: In a recent session presided over by Counselor Muhammad Al-Sanea at the Criminal Court, the 79-year-old Kuwaiti drug dealer encountered legal proceedings for multiple charges. The accused, implicated in possessing various types of drugs within the Al-Waha area, was additionally charged with resisting security personnel using a firearm and a pistol. Moreover, he faced allegations of damaging the investigation officer’s vehicle in a bid to evade capture from the crime scene, where a significant quantity of drugs and psychotropic substances were seized.

Despite the grave accusations against him, the accused denied all charges leveled against him during the court proceedings. He also requested the presence of his legal representative to defend him, though the lawyer was notably absent from the session.

The trial marks a significant step in Kuwait’s efforts to combat drug trafficking and related crimes.
