Traveling to Saudi Arabia on National Day? Know These Rules!

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 5: The Embassy of Kuwait in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has urged Kuwaitis visiting or transiting during the National Day of the Kingdom on Sept 23 to strictly comply with the regulations on participation in the celebrations, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

In a press statement, the embassy advised against raising foreign flags, placing stickers on vehicles bearing sectarian or tribal slogans or pictures, and organizing unlicensed gatherings in order to ensure their safety and to avoid legal problems. Meanwhile, the Minister of Commerce and Industry Mohammad Al-Aiban issued a ministerial resolution obligating cooperative societies and central markets that sell food and consumer goods to submit the price list for food.
