KUWAIT CITY, Nov 8: Deputy Chief of the National Guard retired Lieutenant General Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah urged the National Guard departments to cooperate with the state’s regulatory authorities, abide by their instructions, follow the utmost transparency in all transactions and adhere to the legal procedures in force in the National Guard.
