KUWAIT CITY, Feb 26: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Director of Operations Department Mansour Al-Hashemi issued instructions to prevent transit passengers from entering Kuwait International Airport.
This decision comes from the Ministry of Health issued a letter on Feb 19th, which states that the transit passengers are not allowed to disembark from the plane and enter Kuwait International Airport, reports Al Qabas. The passengers who wish to catch a connecting flight will be prevented from entering Kuwait International Airport. This step has been taken to safeguard the health system in the country.
