Transfer via ‘Sahel’ of car ownership begins

KUWAIT CITY, May 24: The Ministry of Interior has announced the resumption of its vehicle ownership transfer service through the Sahel app, The service has been restored following the completion of upgrades and development work on the Insurance Regulatory Unit’s systems.
