Traffic violator turns out to be drug addict

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 8: General Traffic Department officers assisting the Jahra Security Directorate have arrested an unidentified person, believed to be a bedoun, for possessing and consuming drugs. The man was arrested on suspicion in the suburb of Al-Qasr for violating a traffic law. While issuing a citation, the officer discovered the man was in abnormal condition and a thorough search of the vehicle yielded a piece of hashish, along with drug paraphernalia. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities.
