KUWAIT CITY, March 10: The Sixth Ring Road in the direction of Jahra was spared of a serious traffic chaos when the driver of a water tanker lost control of his vehicle and collided with the concrete barrier, reports Al- Anba daily. Traffic was partially blocked for some time. It has been reported the accident happened because one of the tyres of the vehicle burst.
