Traffic congestion continues on second day

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 8: Scenes of traffic jams were seen around Kuwait for the second day in a row on implementation of curfew which begins at 5 pm.
The sources said that traffic jams which were witnessed yesterday had not been witnessed in the country before as congestion continued even after the curfew hours, many were stuck on the roads for about 2 hours, reports Al Rai. The sources said the reason for traffic jams were due to many citizens and expats leaving at same time in order to get home avoiding legal hassles for breaking curfew.
