TEC releases construction timelapse videos

KUWAIT CITY, July 17: Delivering on its ambitious transformation plan that was launched in September 2021, Touristic Enterprises Company reveals the progress of its Wave 1 projects through monthly construction timelapse videos. The videos provide the public with an opportunity to keep track of the progress made – in full transparency – of its key three projects – Ras Al Ardh Club, Nuwaiseeb Rest Area and Messilah Beach. The timelapse cameras alongside renderings showcase the projects’ key features and capture a live documentation ofthe evolution of the construction sites from start to finish. Having embarked on a journey to become one of the leading developers and operators of family entertainment experiences in the region, the projects will be operated at world-class standards.

Nuwaiseeb Rest Area and Messilah Beach project

Ras Al-Ardh club site, designed to be a contemporary and integrated facility, will contain recreational and sports activities that meet the needs of everyone in the family, ranging from an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a kids club area, restaurants, shops, male grooming hair salon facilities,men spa and women spa, a health club, sports fields and car parks among others. This redeveloped facility boasts an area of 35,000 square and is expected to be completed by 2022- 2023. The Nuwaiseeb rest area which boasts an area of 10,000 square meters will offer restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket, as well as a car park, car maintenance area and shops. Expected to be completed by the end of 2022, it is located on King Fahd BinAbdulaziz Highway.

Ras Al Ardh Club project

Integrated
Messilah Beach will be developed into an integrated and contemporary facility covering an area of 70,000 square meters, containing recreational and sports activities to meet the needs of visitors of all age groups throughout the year. As a center of attraction for families, the development of the project includes the provision of water games for all ages, in addition to swimming pools, sports and beach activities, a multi-purpose hall, a visitor building and administration office building, restaurants, cafes, shops and much more

Completion
Completion of the Wave 1 projects will positively contribute to Kuwait’s entertainment and recreational landscape amid growing domestic demand for contemporary offerings.
