Tight measures taken by MOI to prevent repetition of Mahboula chaos

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 22: The scene of the uncivilized and utter chaos by hundreds of expats rushing on to food aid vehicle in Mahboula which was a violation of all the precautionary measures was seen this morning.

The Ministry of Interior dealt with its men in the area, mobilized the matter and rushed to break up the gathering and stop the chaos that a food aid car caused as one of the donors who started the distribution of aid without coordinating with the security officials and the concerned authorities.

Source stated that the competent authorities in the Ministry of Interior will tighten the procedures, especially control over charity vehicles. All charitable organizations or donors to need to coordinate in advance with the security men when undertaking any distribution of aid to prevent abuse.

Ministry of Interior is working to control the field in the various regions where there are gatherings, and regulation is imposed in accordance with the requirements and procedures followed, whether in distributing food or making donations and others.
