Three women held practicing prostitution in Hawally

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 19: Three Asian women were arrested for practicing prostitution in Hawally. Acting on a tip-off, Director of Criminal Security Department at the Interior Ministry Major General Mahmoud Al-Tabakh about suspects who allegedly turned their apartment into a prostitution den. He immediately formed a security team tasked to put the suspects under surveillance. The team raided the apartment after verifying the tip-off, resulting in the arrest of the three Asian women who admitted the crime. During investigation, the suspects told the officers that they are dealing with an Asian pimp who refers ‘clients’ to them in exchange for KD 10 per referral. A case was registered and the women were referred to the concerned security department for legal action.

Radiologist insulted: A Kuwaiti radiologist, working at the Adan Hospital, has filed a complaint with the area police station accusing a compatriot woman of insulting him on duty, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the 21-year-old woman insulted the employee in front of other patients and co-workers. No more details are available.
