MANAMA, March 8: Three people were injured and a university building in the Muharraq area sustained material damage after missile fragments fell as a result of the ongoing Iranian aggression, Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior announced.
Authorities said emergency teams responded immediately to the site, and the injured were transferred to nearby hospitals for treatment. The ministry affirmed that necessary security and safety measures are being taken to protect civilians and public facilities amid continuing attacks.
Bahrain condemned Iranian aggression, indiscriminately attacking civilian targets and causing material damage to a water desalination plant following a drone attack.
The Ministry of Interior shared the update through its official account on X, confirming investigations are underway to assess the full extent of the damage.
