KUWAIT CITY, Nov 9: The General Administration of Traffic, through the Highways Administration, conducted targeted traffic campaigns using radar across several major routes from Thursday, November 6, 2025, to Saturday, November 8, 2025. The operation focused on monitoring road activity, identifying speeding drivers, and detecting other traffic violations. 2,326 various traffic violations were recorded. 4 people were detained. 1 person was apprehended for entering the country illegally. 146 vehicles and 2 motorcycles were impounded. Officials emphasized that these campaigns are part of ongoing efforts to enhance road safety, reduce accidents, and ensure stricter compliance with traffic regulations. The administration confirmed that similar field operations will continue to maintain discipline on the roads and protect all road users.
