Third Ring Road Flyover Above Damascus Road Closed for Maintenance

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 14: The General Traffic Department announced the complete closure of the Third Ring Road above the bridge at its intersection with Damascus Road in both directions, starting Friday evening.

The closure will remain in place until the completion of road maintenance work, scheduled to continue until Friday, August 28, 2026.

According to the department, the closure will extend from the intersection of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Morocco Road) to the intersection of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Riyadh Road).

The department clarified that the intersection and roundabouts at Damascus Road and the Third Ring Road will remain fully open during the maintenance period.

Motorists have been urged to plan their journeys accordingly and use alternative routes to avoid delays.
