Thief Breaks Into Farwaniya Tailor Shop, Makes Off With KD 1,974

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 15: An unknown thief broke into a tailor shop in Farwaniya and escaped with KD 1,974 after ransacking the premises while employees were away.

According to a security source, the shop owner discovered the break-in and immediately reported it to the police. The thief had forced open the front door before breaking into several drawers in search of cash.

The suspect eventually found KD 1,974 and quietly fled the shop, leaving behind evidence of the break-in.

The case was registered as a felony involving theft by breaking and was referred to the Public Prosecution.

Following the referral, the Public Prosecution ordered security authorities to take the necessary measures to identify the culprit. Detectives launched an investigation, while forensic experts examined the scene and collected fingerprints in an effort to establish the suspect’s identity.
