KUWAIT CITY, Jul 19: An expatriate born in 1984, employed by the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), has been taken to the Al-Qashaniyyah Investigations Department to probe the extent of his previous thefts. His vehicle, containing 145 iron clips belonging to his employer from the Rawdatayn field, was seized.
According to a security source, a security and safety employee at KOC reported that the expatriate, who works as an employee at the company, was caught stealing at the company's headquarters. Upon being stopped and having his private car searched, the expatriate admitted to stealing some items for his own benefit. Investigations with the accused will further uncover the extent of his past thefts. A case of theft has been registered against the expatriate.
