KUWAIT, June 15: Deputy National Guard Lieutenant General Hashem Al-Rifai, accompanied by Operations and Training Assistant Major General Faleh Shujaa toured security points in the Khaitan area where National Guard’s are posted to secure the isolated area.

Al-Rifai was received by Brigadier General Hamad Salem, as he was briefied by the officers in charge of the area. Al-Rifai expressed the pride and appreciation of the (Guard) leadership represented by the head of the National Guard, His Highness Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah, and the deputy head of the National Guard, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, for the role played by members of the Duty Force in supporting the Ministry of Interior with its security plan for the emergency resulting from the response to the emerging Corona virus epidemic. .

He praised the performance of those on duty for their tasks under the exceptional circumstances and high temperatures, calling on to adhere strictly and military liaison with vigilance and attention and make efforts to implement Cabinet decisions and state laws with the same efficiency and effort that received praise at all official and popular levels. (KUNA)
