KUWAIT CITY, Nov 16: The General Authority for Roads and Land Transport, in collaboration with the General Traffic Department, has announced a temporary four-hour detour for both directions of the Fifth Ring Road. This diversion will redirect traffic to the service road at the intersection of the Fifth Ring Road with Ibn Al-Qasim Street. The temporary change will be in effect from dawn on Friday, 11/17/2023, to dawn on Thursday, 11/23/2023, specifically from 1 am to 5 am
