The locations where telecommunications stations, towers, and antennas may be installed, as well as those where they may not, were identified, along with the related conditions and controls. He added, “20 months have passed from the date of the publication of the ministerial decision. How committed are the Kuwait Municipality and Public Authority for Communications to implement Articles Three and Nine of Table No. 17? What measures have they taken to implement Article Nine, which pertains to correcting the status of existing communication stations and towers, in violation of the provisions of the table? Please provide proof of this.” While pointing out the installation of new communication towers on plots and model housing buildings in some areas, in contravention of the provisions of Table No. 17, he asked, “How were these towers licensed by the Municipality, the Authority, and the Ministry of Health? Are there any obstacles to the implementation of Table No. 17 by the Kuwait Municipality or other government agencies?” He then stressed the need for the executive body to adhere to the deadline for responding to the questions of Municipal Council members, as per Law No.
