Teacher beats up student

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 10: A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Abu Halifa Police Station accusing an unidentified teacher of beating his son inside a secondary school in Mangaf, reports Al-Rai daily.

Following the incident, the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr Hamed Al-Azmi has ordered to open an extensive investigation into incident after it went viral in the social media. The ministry has stressed its rejects any attack on the children inside the educational facilities, stressing its keenness to preserve the safety of students and protect them from any injuries whatever the cause may be. He called such incident exceptional and out of the ordinary but at the same time rejected such behavior.
