KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28 : The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has detected attempts to manipulate its online system for work permit issuance, reports Al-Seyassah daily quoting sources. Sources disclosed there have been attempts to manipulate the system to apply for work permits for Asians and then the nationalities are changed to Arabs upon approval, indicating the Information Systems Department and a group of employees exposed the manipulation.
Sources confirmed that legal measures have been taken against those who manipulated the system; clarifying those involved have the password, which they would have obtained from the owners of companies or their representatives.
