BAGHDAD, Nov 5: Kazma coach Dragan Tadich admitted that his side had endured a disappointing performance, saying the players were simply not at their best after suffering a heavy 6-0 defeat to Iraq’s Erbil in the third round of Group C in the Gulf Club Champions League.

Tadich said the coaching staff would focus on correcting the team’s mistakes and addressing the many shortcomings exposed in the match, in a bid to restore balance and get the team back on track for its upcoming commitments.

Kazma’s hopes of reaching the quarterfinals have now been dealt a severe blow after the team suffered its third consecutive defeat, leaving it rooted to the bottom of the group without a point. Erbil climbed to six points, level with the UAE’s Ajman, while Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ettifaq occupy third place with three points.
