KUWAIT CITY, May 6: Several Kuwaitis and expatriates claim they have been cheated by a Syrian, who allegedly sold them tickets and pocketed approximately KD 20,000 for a concert by a well-known Lebanese singer Assi Al-Hillani and a Kuwaiti artist Masha’el in a well-known hotel overlooking the sea, reports Al- Rai daily. The suspect reportedly posted an advertisement on the Internet and the social media and said the concert will be held on April 6, 2017. The man had an office in the hotel to sell tickets and had apparently signed a contract with the hotel to sell tickets each ranged between KD 30 and KD 100.
