KUWAIT CITY, Dec 2: A viral video showing a woman driving recklessly—colliding with another vehicle, running a red light, endangering lives, and fleeing the scene—prompted swift action from Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior. Authorities arrested the woman, a Kuwaiti national, just hours after the footage spread on social media.
Investigations revealed that she was driving her mother’s car at the time of the incident and had committed multiple serious traffic violations. The ministry also noted that the woman reportedly suffers from mental health issues. A formal case has been registered at the Sharq police station as legal procedures continue.
