KUWAIT CITY, Jul 10: Regarding the circulating video clip on social media showing a group of people assaulting and beating a minor, the Ministry of Interior has clarified that the security services, specifically the Criminal Security Sector (General Directorate of Criminal Investigation), have identified and arrested the individuals involved. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated, and the suspects will be referred to the competent authority for necessary legal action.
