KUWAIT CITY, Dec 15: A sudden inspection was carried out by the Ministry of Interior in Mahboula, Sabah Al-Nasser, Sharq, Hawalli, and Al-Fahaheel, resulting in the apprehension of 162 expatriates for violating residency laws. The campaign targeted unauthorized food trucks and other unapproved businesses. Among them, 47 were arrested for working under a different sponsor, while 4 were found employed in a fraudulent domestic workers' office. A total of 209 expats have been arrested and legal measures have been initiated against the individuals, and they are being referred to the relevant authorities for further action.
