KUWAIT CITY, Aug 27: Police are looking for an unidentified person for assaulting a Sudanese and damaging his car from all sides, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting the police said according to the Sudanese he was involved in a dispute with the suspect while driving in a suburb of Hawalli over the right of road.
Both men got out of their car and an argument ensued, which later developed into an ugly incident as the other motorist assaulted the Sudanese, damaged his car and drove off. The Sudanese has submitted a medical report issued by the Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital showing injuries on his body.
