Student Visa Days in Aug at US Embassy

KUWAIT CITY, July 26: The US Embassy’s Consular Section will hold two Student Visa Days on Thursday, Aug 3 and Thursday, Aug 17, 2017 to support students currently studying or planning to study in the United States.  The Embassy offers dedicated student visa appointments every day, however hundreds of additional appointments will be offered to students applying during the Student Visa Days.

The US Embassy’s Consular Section held its first Student Visa Day of 2017, on July 20, helping nearly 250 students apply for their visas and get to their universities on time.

Encouraging Kuwaiti students to pursue higher educational opportunities in the US is one of the top priorities of the US Mission. Students should visit www.ustraveldocs.com to apply for their visa and schedule their interview. Student applicants should bring an original I-20 and a SEVIS receipt to their appointment.
