KUWAIT, March 29: After a video clip emerged on social media showing a street vendor selling sweets to school children, the Juvenile Protection Department, representing the criminal security sector, took swift action. The vendor was promptly apprehended and found to be in violation of the Residence and Labor Law. He was subsequently referred to the appropriate authorities for legal action to be taken against him.
