KUWAIT CITY, May 30: The Al-Qabas has learned from reliable sources that the Council of Ministers is considering canceling street names and replacing them with numbers, with the exception of streets bearing the names of heads of state. The source added that the principle of “reciprocity will be applied in the issue of streets bearing the names of heads of state.”
