Streamlining judicial system

KUWAIT CITY, June 13: Dr. Fawaz Boudi, Head of the General Department of Experts at the Ministry of Justice, has had two extensive meetings with experts as part of the ‘Partners in Work and Success’ initiative. The initiative was launched as per the directive of Minister of Justice Judge Nasser Al-Sumait, to improve direct communication with experts, and obtaining their views and proposals on developing work processes and the quality of expert outputs. The first meeting was held on June 3 and brought together experts from the Capital and Farwaniya governorates, while the second meeting took place the following day at the Al- Ruqai Building and included experts from the Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Hawally and Jahra governorates.

Meetings with the remaining experts will be held later at the Mahboula and Jahra Courts Building. During the meetings, participants discussed a number of issues related to the development of the expert system, such as digital transformation, modernization of systems and procedures, methods for improving the quality of technical reports, activating various specializations, and strengthening coordination with relevant government entities.

The discussion also covered several organizational matters, including the distribution of a questionnaire to litigants to evaluate service levels, mechanisms for rotating experts, and regulation of the fingerprint attendance system in a manner that aligns with the nature of the work of experts, as well as several proposals to improve the work environment and support services. At the end of the meetings , Boudi affirmed that all comments and suggestions presented by the experts will be carefully reviewed and taken into consideration in line with the development plans of the department. He praised the active participation of the attendees and their commitment to contribute to the advancement of work processes and raising the efficiency of the expert system at the ministry, stressing that these efforts will have a positive impact on the quality of services provided to litigants.
