KUWAIT CITY, June 22: A Kuwaiti has complained to the Wafra Police Station about the menace caused by stray dogs in the area and called on the concerned authorities to do the needful, reports Al-Anba daily. He said it is unfortunate that these dogs kill the sheep and even attack humans. He added, some people in the area keep feeding these dogs instead of calling on the authorities to control the menace. He also added that these dogs killed 7 sheep in his livestock pen.
